Manjaros. Not much we can say. A well reputed restaurant throughout parts of the uk for their African & Caribbean flavour infused food – much needed down here!
Much like nandos, they have a their own unique sauce which is rather nice paired with their signature dishes on their menu. Manjaros is not just chicken, burgers etc, it is more than that; with a variety of dishes on their menu fit for whatever you fancy! Their menu is mainly composed of selections of grilled chicken supreme, pizza, pasta, and some middle eastern/asian inspired dishes with their own twist.
I had the Waka Waka chicken steak, the biggest chicken steak ive seen, defo worth the money with a hearty serving. The steak itself was succulent and cooked just right flooded with their delicious special sauce with a side of crispy steak chips (not soggy) and a nice salad to balance the overall dish out.
Overall, Manjaros is a great addition to Ilford Lane with their unique and scrumptious menu which pleases anyones taste buds with their variety. Their customer service is amazing, with such lovely and caring staff which a restaurant or any shop should ultimately have. A great family friendly environment – I noticed that they had colouring books to keep the kids entertained waiting for food which isnt significant in other restaurants.
